Convenient, clean, comfortable, and free for pet. It is near the interstate, shopping mall, food, services, and airport. Perfect for a short stay. There is no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the rooms. Parking is convenient and free. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Shayna brought us a coffee maker and coffee supplies upon our request at check-in. Check out was smooth and Jill was very helpful. There was a $50 property damage recovery deposit that was placed on our credit card at check-in, but immediately removed when we checked out. It was perfect for our needs that required we be at the airport at 4 AM next day.

we stopped while traveling to let our 2 yr old lab get exercise. the park was great and other dogs friendly with responsible owners. however, it must be made known that there is NO nearby parking, so owners get exercise leashing dogs on paved path for a 10 min stroll to the park.

easy access and parking. safely fenced. covered shelter for owners and water for pets. fun variety of toys and agility course.

Second floor. No elevator. We had to haul dog crate up the stairs.

Kim was able to maneuver so that we could have a main level room making it much easier for unpacking our dog crate. She also provided us with an extra arm chair so that both of us could be comfortable. There is a wonderful dog lawn area that is enclosed pretty much by the building.
