Love this hotel so much! Had everything you can ask for.

Good location, clean, a little outdated (toilet could use a new toilet seat). Otherwise it was a decent stay.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof PLUS+ Chicago - Naperville, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While I appreciate that it’s dog friendly, the hotel is very run-down, and my room had a strong odor of urine or ammonia. The staff were unapproachable and dismissive. They did not greet us and when I asked if there were hair dryers in the rooms, I received a curt “nah” and then silence, which made us feel unwelcome. All 3 male staff members were not friendly. I stayed at many hotels using BringFido, I always had amazing luck, not this time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its poor condition and lack of hospitality. I certainly won’t be returning.

I was hesitant to stay at Sheraton because I ready a few reviews about not enough green space. As an owner of two large dogs, there is plenty of green space! Room is very basic but has everything we need to keep us and the dogs happy. There is a Target and a Costco close by too if the doggies need anything or if you forgot to bring something. We usually stay downtown Chicago, but glad we didn’t this time.

We absolutely love Graduate Hotel in Evanston. On our sixth stay here we always leave satisfied. My two large rescue dogs love it, plenty of grass outside. Can’t wait to come back.
