Pet Kennels available onsite
USS Alabama Battleship Memorial ParkWe stopped here on a road trip to Louisiana and were pleased to find that there were kennels available for you to secure your pet while you take a tour of the Battleship and Submarine. Cost is $10 at the gift shop where they give you a lock for the kennel - which is fully refundable once you return the kennel. It was a bit chilly that day and there were no water bowls provided in the pet kennels but otherwise it was a safe and secure place for my pup to be while we toured the facility.

Great location 2 miles from Grand Canyon South Entrance
Grand Canyon Plaza HotelGreat location. Pet friendly but no pet waste stations in sight. No artificial turf or patch of grass. Mostly rocks. Walked the pup in the parking lot area mostly.

Great location, close to entrance of Yellowstone
Best Western Weston InnRooms were good size and clean. Location is perfect. Right across the street from a large public park. Pup had a great time at this location.

Pet friendly but....
Tenaya at YosemiteA bit pricey but rooms are nice and location is perfect. Close to entrance of Yosemite. The lodge itself is very pet friendly, you can bring your pup pretty much everywhere. There is a nice 1 mile hike you can take right on the premises with the pup which was great. We left the pup in a crate in the room while we took the kids to the pool just to realize upon our return that a neighbor complained about the pup whining and staff came and took her from the room. No one called even though they said they did. We had to retrieve her from the front office which was a bit upsetting for the kids. Besides that, the place is very pet friendly and has ample pet waste stations and quite enjoyable overall for the whole family.
