They called at 7am day of check-in and required payment to hold the room. Also said no cancellation policy. After sending them a screenshot from their own website showing the cancellation policy, they hung up on me. Had to get corporate to call location to refund and happily paid more to stay at La Quinta instead.

No fees for pets, rooms seem freshly updated, large outdoor space for dogs.

I was surprised at how nice everything and everyone was. My experience with pet friendly places has generally been run down. Great breakfast, nice rooms. Huge grassy lot for animals next to hotel.
