Easy check-in, great location, clean room and 1st floor was perfect for Ava Elizabeth to go out and do her business!

The lovely ladies working the desk the night of 12/21 were fantastic, welcoming Ava with lots of cuddling and attention! Room was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Our Shih Tzu Ava had a great time! You do have to ask for anything your fur baby needs - bowls, treats, etc., but everyone was lovely to her except for one person who obviously did not care for dogs. That (insert term for female dog here) should find a new profession, maybe at a hotel that caters to cats. It was nice to see the larger dogs accepted at the hotel and it was great to not have rugs in the room, which was incredibly clean! There were a lot of dogs around so if your baby has anxiety around others you might want to take that into consideration, but all were well behaved and Ava enjoyed being with her people!

Ava our Shih Tzu had a fantastic time! She was greeted with treats and a poop bag and felt so welcomed. Everyone was lovely to her (and us humans!). It's going to be hard for her to stay anywhere but at a 5-star hotel (me too!). We can't wait to go back!
