This location was ok. We reserved a double bed room that was supposedly a deluxe. Bathroom had mold on ceiling and broken tiles. The window was wide open with the air on full blast. You could smell the room had a certain odor that they were trying to cover. Breakfast was decent for our stay. The reason we gave one bone, when checking in late at night there was nobody at the front seat, no bell, I finally found the number for the front desk and called it. It just rang and rang but nobody came. We stood there for 45 minutes before someone came to check us in and the guy told us he had to put an extra $25 charge on our card for a waiver, not just the pet fee.

Went there first time Father’s Day, was told by the hostess patio is only dog friendly but have to walk the dog through the restaurant to get to the patio… ok cool so I went back to get our Great Dane. Immediately when we entered a gentleman came to us and said we cannot be inside with our dog, I tried explaining to him we were told to come through to get to the patio but he was not listening, so we had to go back outside and I had my father let us onto the patio by opening the gate. It’s right next to us12 so you can barely hear a conversation. Food was very average for being an expensive place.

Had bedbugs in our room. Room was also dirty and had a few broken things. When informing staff they just brushed us off and asked if f we wanted another room.

Our dogs were very comfortable in their rooms. Unfortunately the pool and the elevator were down for maintenance which made it difficult going up and down the stairs. I think they may use too much cleaner in one of the stairwells as our dog was afraid to go in it. Breakfast was decent and hot showers!

Our room was ok, not very spacious but enough to set up our dogs kennel. The HVAC was not working well, kept going warm to cold, we spoke with the front desk that just said to change the thermostat and wait 10 minutes. Never changed. Had a decent bar and pool. Wish we could have had the dogs more outside of the room instead but not allowed in the lounge area.
