I totally love this place. We sat outside and the setting was nice and they brought us water for the dogs immediately. The pizza including their gluten-free pizza is very good. The service was fantastic.

I booked and prepaid a transfer from JFK to Manhattan (180 USD). They stood us and our two dogs up. Was impossible to get hold of their "customer service". We managed to get hold of a decent taxi that took us. When I wrote to them they "offered" to refund me my 180 USD. It took weeks and several reminders. The money never showed up. I posted a negative review on google. They now made it clear to me that this review did not work in my favor of getting my money back. More, it looks like most 5* reviews on google are made by accounts having only one review. I am not suggesting that theirs are purchased, but it is common that when a company has a large number of great reviews from low posting accounts, that they are in fact purchased. So, pet lovers, if you want to get form point A to B, and still want to use this company, DO NOT PREPAY.

The hotel is newly refreshed. The room was excellent. The breakfast really good and the staff super friendly. Good parking.

The location is fantastic. The rooms are super comfortable. The cappuccino (free) in the lobby is delicious. Staff friendly. Very good place near good walks with your dog. I love this place.

Had a fantastic time here. The room was great. Staff AMAZING. The location is also super good. We booked the breakfast package and they even had two dog friendly tables! The hotel offered a social hour with wine. Nice opportunity to meet other dog friendly people. This is certainly a place I will be going back to.

The hotel is very nice. Comfy beds. The hotel is now being renovated (though I could not really see why this was needed). Typical out of city type of motel. The room was spacious. Very friendly service, comfy bed and a good night's sleep. Very easy to walk our dogs outside and they even provided bags for the dog waste. Easy parking as well. So, all in all a really good place to stay.

This hotel was next to our hotel. So we went. They have a few tables for customers with dogs. Inside (so airco) but a little on the side. Good food and cocktails. Love it.

The hotel is far from dog friendly. MAKE sure that it's ok. I had a confirmed room ok for dogs. But arriving started a circus. Very unpleasant. I also got a lecture on allergies.

Absolutely lovely place. Delicious pastries and good coffee.

The hotel is really dog friendly. Towels for wiping paws are offered. Great location near a no leash park. There are even tables just outside the restaurant but inside the building so that you can bring your dog when having breakfast. Parking in the building (not cheap but safe and good). Our two dogs were happy and so were we.
