Welcoming to dogs inside

stopped for quick bite to eat. Didn’t realize dog friendly this spot is. Another owner asked and told welcome inside or out. After ordering a great sandwich and coffee, I went and got the dog and had him sit with me inside for lunch. Such a treat for both of us.

Loved the retro feel

Another quaint motel style room that was exceptionally clean and well suited for stay with pet(s). Can be noisy with thin walls. Provided complimentary drink on arrival and lovely vegan continental spread in morning. Didn’t have chance to try pool or ride the bikes. When out on pet walk enjoyed reading and finding expressions painted on site.

Reasonable accommodations

Staff very helpful and Leon went out of his way to get us another room as we had no ability to secure our door with the deadbolt. Limited green space for dogs but doable. Great for overnight. Access going east tricky. Clean, comfortable rooms, bed comfy, bathroom clean. Appreciated the cold bottled water on arrival. Nonsmoking motel but cigarette smoke lingers in air outside.

Love 💕 of dogs

so totally taken back that we could have our Fido be with us inside during dinner. no worries about weather. food was amazing and our server Alex was exceptional. very pleasant staff.

Great Homemade Food

pet friendly covered patio seating. Great food. need to return on Tuesday for Tacos. Todays special Cheeseburger with choice of cheese coleslaw fresh potato salad or fries. add caramelized onions. excellent and dog gone good.

Pawsitively the BEST

Wow! I am sad to be leaving. If only 6 🦴S was allowed. Definitely reflects what is advertised. Amazing pet friendly accommodations from room to dog parks and pet spa. From a human perspective, comfy clean wonderful room. Love the dog bed in the actual bed. The architectural design for environment spectacular inside and out. Staff helpful pleasant and professional. Book ahead!! I Wish I had found this facility a long time ago.

Exceptionally pet friendly 🐾

Riverside Hot Springs Inn may be 118 years young, but it is quaint and truly pet friendly. Room 308 was fantastic for us and the dog. Double bed very comfortable huge area for shower. Room was historic, clean and comfortable. If you are expecting upscale do not upset yourself and your expectations. Lots of places to walk dog around town. Didn’t fuss about grass as lots of snow currently. Can leave the dog crated (if behaved) in room when enjoying the hot spring pools on-site. Love the addition of bathrobes to use when going to tub and spa. I would rate more than 5 bones. Appreciate that you were not placed in smelly pet room. If you can’t climb stairs don’t book. Pet and I will definitely be back. Awesome spot. Book ahead don’t be disappointed.

Older hotel very accommodating

Room not as expected and very smoky smelling. Host appreciated concern and immediately found another room. We didn’t use the spa facilities. Rooms dated but clean. Noises all night which caused our dog to bark because startled. Didn’t sleep well. Hard to find quality at good price when travelling and not paying $50 plus for pet fee. Overall okay for very short stay.

Happy pupper and humans

Great place a bit pricey but this is ‘the dessert’. Clean comfortable hotel. Well prepared for dogs. Only attitude was received when we asked to be seated on patio in eve for drinks. Busy but room. Host that gave us attitude did not match the philosophy of resort. Canadian gentleman with bleached hair needed to chill literally. Patio serving staff amazing friendly engaging and went out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Mr Host needs to learn is manners. Unfortunately dogs can not be in pool area which would have been nice. There is a wonderful grassed animal relief area that is lite up at night equipped with dog bags.

Did not meet expectations

😀 Lovely pet area. Pet friendly. Clean room water pressure exceptional at 530am. 😢Noisy all night (people talking and gathering in rooms). That could have been controlled by facility. Expectation of quiet at least 11pm.

Unique boutique hotel out of the 70’s

😀Dog friendly easy to reserve thru BringFido app and best price using app. Sweet location. Pupper received a pkg on check in with linen relief bags and a neck scarf. Easy to find pet relief areas. Bags provided but why do some people not pickup after Fido?? Beautiful king bed with awesome mattress & crisp clean linens and towels. Shower nice. Very friendly front staff. Desk responded to noise complaint promptly at 0430 from ingrates in room 220.

😢30 something’s who are raised to believe THEY are the only ones who matter. Noise curfew 10p-8a. Weekend stay with lots of kids who were quiet by 11p. BUT Rm 220 had guests over IN ROOM til 1030 then left for eve out leaving dogs in room to come back at 345 to aggressive animals that started to fight and bark. Yelling ensued to quiet the dogs; then they continued to drink and listen to music in room. Walls are thin with ear plugs supplied but at this time no guest should be forced to put up with noise of this nature for this long. Ingrates surprised when knocking from front desk and ask to ‘quiet down’. No apology to staff or remorse for wakening others. Two moved on to outside bone fire pit. I feel sorry for the folks on the lower level.

Great Food and Beer

Arrived because of the app. Shared the ‘Blue Burger’ and fries. sat on the patio (three tables) due to Fido and our dog was given large platter of water. (He appreciated). sad as other digs left in trucks and cars on a warm day. those doggies didn’t look sophisticated enough to appreciate a patio but were not happy in trucks and autos. Quiet spot in town likely would be back if I passed thru again.
