Great place for music and wine
Abingdon VineyardsWe live near here and always bring our dog. Super dog friendly including a stream in case your dog likes to swim. They also have snacks and sometimes a food truck.

Wonderful lunch
Twisted Laurelwe sat on the back porch with our golden retriever. they were very dog friendly. food was great too.

Main trail was closed
Craggy Gardensthe 1.4 mile retail around the parkway way open but it wasn’t scenic. the other trail people mentioned was closed due to a closed road.

Nice stop from route 40
Babymoon Cafeplenty of outdoor seating in a covered area with heaters if needed. they even had a fountain that our dog preferred to drink from. the parking area had grassy areas too.

Dog friendly tables in a shaded garden
The Country Inn at Berkeley SpringsBeautiful old inn with tables in an English garden. lunch was great and the waitress even brought a snack for our pup.

Dog friendly and good food
Kauffman's BBQ Restaurantvery convenient off of 78 and the cheese stake sandwich was unique and very good. great shaded pavilion and grassy areas for pets.
