Disappointed that we “splurged” to stay here over some other dog friendly options in the area. Room 131 smelled like mildew and the carpet was stained with holes. Breakfast was less than the basic cheap hotel breakfast. No milk for the cereal, no biscuits for the gravy. Would recommend trying another spot if you have the option.

the dog walk area of the park is still there, however, it’s not in the part of the park with the formal entrance at the swim beach for humans. It is directly across the street from the restaurant Playa tacos & tequila which incidentally allows dogs on their patio. It’s a small stretch of beach that is for all appearances left to nature. we found lots of dead fish carcasses and tall grass & wildflowers.

Enjoyed our meal with our two pups at the picnic tables on the patio. staff was great & the food was scrumptious.

Small sunny & hot parking lot. Staff said service dogs only so we did not get a chance to try the food. definitely call ahead if you want to give them a chance.

Kaya (lab mix, 40lbs, 6yo) and Addie (Min. Pin. mix, 12lbs, 12yo) loved walking the beach and cooling their paws in the surf. Pets allowed year round, but only during the day in the winter months.

We were sat on the dock in a great spot to tuck our lab mix out of the way of traffic in a busy place. Ordered a kids plain hotdog sub potato chips for the corn to keep them extra chill. Humans enjoyed the shrimp & beers.

Dogs were welcome outside as well in the bar. Large shady parking lot with convenient access to monitor if your fur friends are not feeling the hopping party vibe. Great pizza, beer & service.

This is no dogs allowed. However, It’s actually combined with Front Street Pub which is dog friendly on the patio.

Good food and comfy patio for doggie friends.
