Vilano Beach

Dogs are welcome at Vilano Beach which is northeast of St. Augustine on the A1A Scenic and historical byway. Dogs should be under voice control and in close proximity to their owner at all times. Owners are required to properly dispose of all pet waste immediately.

Crescent Beach

Located just three miles south of St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach offers plenty of sand and surf for you to enjoy with your pup. Dogs must be leashed at all times.

Fort Matanzas National Monument

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to join their humans at the historic Fort Matanzas National Monument, including on the beach and trails. Dogs are not permitted on the ferry, in the fort, or in the visitor center, with the exception of service animals.

Frank B. Butler County Park

Frank B. Butler County Park features a dune walkover, off-beach parking, picnic tables, showers, and restrooms. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the beach with their humans, but must be leashed at all times.
