Pet Friendly Seal Rock State Recreation Site
Seal Rock State Recreation Site Seal Rock State Recreation Site is pet-friendly. This beautiful beach allows dogs on a leash or under voice control. Located south of Newport, there's a large off-shore rock formation that provide habitat for seals, sea lions, sea birds and other marine life. The short trail to the beach is steep in areas, but features an ADA accessible viewpoint at the midway point. See Details
Agate Beach State Recreation Site Enjoy the sand and sea at this Newport beach, where your leashed pet is welcome to join you as you dig for razor clams or enjoy a beach picnic. See Details
Riverbend Beach Dog Park Also known as "Dog Park Beach," Riverbend Beach Dog Park is an off-leash park in Bend, OR. It is fully fenced on both the dog park side and the river side with a pathway in between. Dogs can swim in the river, then run around in the dog park to dry off, then swim again when they need to cool off from all of the running. Repeat as necessary! See Details

Roads End State Recreation Site Bring your four-legged pal with you as you spend a day enjoying the sun and cool waters of this beautiful beach. Dogs are welcome as long as they under direct control by owners. Please refer to an excerpt from the ocean shore rules:

(2) The handler of any domestic animal must be responsible for the animal's behavior and must exercise direct control over the animal while in the ocean shore state recreation area.

(a) “Direct control” means that the animal is within the unobstructed sight of the handler and responds to voice commands or other methods of control.

(b) Domestic animal handlers must carry a leash or restraining device at all times while in the ocean shore state recreation area.

(c) Domestic animal handlers must promptly leash animals at the request or order of a park employee.

(d) Handlers must prevent their animals from harassing people, wildlife and other domestic animals.

(e) Animals may not be hitched or confined in a manner that may cause damage to any natural resources on the ocean shore.

(f) Handlers are responsible for the removal of the animal's waste while in the ocean shore state recreation area.

Bastendorff Beach Bastendorff Beach in Coos Bay, OR, welcomes Fido to enjoy stretching his legs for a run on this large sandy beach. This dog-friendly beach is operated by the Bureau of Land Management and offers two vault toilets in the parking areas, but please note there is no running water available on site. See Details
Seaside Beach Seaside Beach is pet-friendly. This stretch of sand is a great place to come, hang out and play in the surf with your pup. Dogs are welcome to play on the beach without the constraints of a leash at Seaside. Dog owners are reminded to pay close attention to their pup as they play and to clean up any mess that is left behind. If the beach is crowded, it's probably best to put your pooch back on a leash.
