Scentral Dog Park Scentral Dog Park in the town of Halfmoon is where local canines go to hang out. The park is divided into a small and large section and stacked with equipment to play on. Dogs and humans can rehydrate at the water fountain provided. Visitors must have a permit that can be applied for by both town residents and non-residents. Simply fill out the Dog Park Permit Application on the website, provide the required documentation and submit it to the Town Clerks Office in the Town Hall.
