Minneapolis Airport Off-Leash Dog Park Just south of Highway 62, the Minneapolis Airport Off-Leash Dog Park features year-round fun for you and Fido in 80 acres of mixed open space and paths bordering a large swamp/wetland area. Not all areas are fenced so dogs should have good recall. No permit required. The land is owned by the Metropolitan Airport Commission and borders the airport runways.
