Located in Canon City just 15 minutes from the Royal Gorge, one hour from Colorado Springs, and two hours from Denver, dog-friendly Colorado Jeep Tours welcomes you and Fido for an adventure. Canines are allowed with advance reservations on certain tours to Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, Red Canyon Park, and the Gold Belt Scenic Byway. Dogs that can be carried and held during the tour ride for free. Dogs that are larger than lap size (generally over 20 lbs) will be required to travel on the floor of the vehicle, and Fido will be charged the child rate for that tour. Dogs are not permitted to sit or stand on the rails at any time, and owners will also need to sign a dog waiver.

Fido is welcome to join you on an adventure at Pikes Peak Highway, a dog-friendly attraction in Cascade, CO. Enjoy this 14,115-foot mountain at your leisure as you wind up this alpine road. There's no better place to bring a dog or puppy than to Pikes Peak, where there are trails, streams and lots of room to frolic and critters to sniff out! It is strongly recommended that pets remain on a leash to avoid getting lost. However, leashes are not mandatory. It's not very often that a dog would have this kind of opportunity for so many new sniffs, sights and sounds in such a beautiful location. Please note that all highway access is weather permitting.
