Pet Friendly Knoebels Amusement Resort
Knoebels Amusement Resort Make new memories the old fashioned way with classic roller coasters, kid-friendly rides, swimming, camping, golf and attractions for the whole family! Well-behaved pets are permitted, but owners will be responsible for controlling and cleaning up after them, as well as deciding how their pet would react to an amusement park environment. Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times. The are not allowed on most of the rides but are welcome to ride on the little train that circles the park. Park reserves the right to ask guests with pets to leave the park if policy is not adhered to. Admission and parking are free. Tickets or wristbands must be purchased to ride. See Details
Pet Friendly Bushkill Falls
Bushkill Falls One of the Pocono Mountains most famous attractions, Bushkill Falls is dog friendly. Spanning 300 acres in the scenic Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania’s Bushkill Falls is a nature lover’s delight. With eight waterfalls accessible from just over two miles of walking trails, the park is an excellent spot to explore with your pup. Open April through November, the park offers four trails of varying degrees of difficulty, making the falls accessible to visitors of all ability levels. Mauch Chunk Lake Park Mauch Chunk Lake is a 330-acre impoundment within Mauch Chunk Lake Park in Carbon County. Located on the outskirts of Historic Jim Thorpe, this County Park is perfect for that family getaway. While at the park you can enjoy the art of Mother Nature on the 2.8 mile Mauch Chunk Lake, walk or bike the renovated 16-mile Switchback Gravity Railroad and many other trails throughout the park, rent a boat, hike or stroll through the woods to the Environmental Center to see the birds of prey. Pets are permitted within the picnic area and other areas of the park, but must be confined to a leash not to exceed six feet in length. Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are not permitted in beach and camping area.

Philadelphia's Magic Gardens Philadelphia's Magic Gardens (PMG) is a visionary art environment, gallery, and community arts center that preserves, interprets, and provides access to Isaiah Zagar's unique mosaic art environment and his public murals. The Magic Gardens site, Zagar's largest artwork, includes a fully-tiled indoor space and a massive outdoor mosaic sculpture garden that spans half a block on Philadelphia's famous South Street. Inside, visitors can view folk art statues, bicycle wheels, colorful glass bottles, Zagar's hand-made tiles, and thousands of glittering mirrors. This wine tasting room welcomes leashed dogs to join you inside and out as you sample a variety of wine made out of grapes picked from the surrounding fields. Ridley Creek State Park Pennsylvania State Parks welcome pets in designated areas. Pets are permitted in day-use areas, on designated sites in campgrounds, in designated cabins, camping cottages, and yurts, and all areas not otherwise closed to pets. Pets are prohibited in swimming areas, inside buildings, in non-pet overnight areas, or in any area designated as an area closed to pets. Because uncontrolled pets may chase wildlife or frighten visitors, pets must be physically controlled and attended at all times and on a leash, caged, or crated. See Details
Boathouse Park Boathouse Park is dog-friendly! Located along the Swatara River, the area is branded as a dog-friendly creek access. The Park is unique to all of the other Township parks in that it features a boat launch. It offers leashed dogs and their owners fishing, boating, and picnicking opportunities. In addition to the corn maze, they offer other free and low-cost activities in the courtyard for you and your families to enjoy. Evergreen Drive In Evergreen allows pets at the drive-in, but will ask people with unruly pets to leave if they are disturbing or intimidating other customers. If you dog is likely to bark around strangers, or is menacing when people walk near your vehicle, it is best not to bring him to the drive-in.
