Knoebels Amusement Resort Make new memories the old fashioned way with classic roller coasters, kid-friendly rides, swimming, camping, golf and attractions for the whole family! Well-behaved pets are permitted at the dog-friendly Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, PA, but owners will be responsible for controlling and cleaning up after them. Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times. They are not allowed on most of the rides but are welcome to ride the train. The Drive-In is open seasonally, April through October, weekends only in spring and fall, and seven nights a week during peak season, which is Memorial Day through Labor Day. Ridley Creek State Park Pennsylvania State Parks welcome pets in designated areas. Pets are permitted in day-use areas, on designated sites in campgrounds, in designated cabins, camping cottages, and yurts, and all areas not otherwise closed to pets. Pets are prohibited in swimming areas, inside buildings, in non-pet overnight areas, or in any area designated as an area closed to pets. Evergreen Drive In Evergreen allows pets at the drive-in, but will ask people with unruly pets to leave if they are disturbing or intimidating other customers. If you dog is likely to bark around strangers, or is menacing when people walk near your vehicle, it is best not to bring him to the drive-in.
