Beau's Dream Dog Park at Buchanan Park

Completely revamped in August of 2013, this dog park has become a hit with many of the locals. There is a small and large dog area, both with splash pads, a doxi tunnel on the small dog side, and a tennis ball tree that launches tennis balls on the large dog side.

Schuylkill River Dog Park

This dog park, located along the Schuylkill River, has separate areas for small and large dogs as well as biodegradable poop bags.

Lloyd Park

This large, fenced public park has a creek running through the property, which a lot of dogs really enjoy. There is also a separate playground for children and a beach volleyball court.

South Park Dog Park

This fenced dog park has drinking water, pickup bags and benches. Dogs on leash are allowed in most of the rest of this 2000 acre park.

Montgomery Township Bark Park

Bark Park is a beautiful fenced in area where dogs can play with each other and their owners. There are obstacles, toys, and picnic tables, a huge tree stump, and a lovely dog statue. The park is split into two sections, one for larger dogs, one for tiny pooches, and each feature a safety zone with double fence doors to protect dogs from taking off. There are trees scattered throughout, and it's far enough off the road to really feel like a secluded park. There's a nicely mulched walk from the ample parking area, and the township even supplies pick-up bags and poop scoopers, with trash cans they service daily. When the weather is nice you're sure to see a crowd!

Monocacy Dog Park

Bring your pet for some off-leash exercise at this fenced, 1.5 acre dog park with a separate area for smaller pets and plenty of bowls and drinking water.

Riverview Dog Park

Pets will love to play off-leash at this fenced dog run in Pittsburgh's Riverview Park, located adjacent to the Allegheny Observatory parking lot. Dogs are also welcome in all other areas of the park, on-leash.

Hartwood Acres County Dog Park

Pets will love to play off-leash at this fenced dog park in Pittsburgh's lovely Hartwood Acres Park. Be sure to bring water.

John Rudy Park

There is an off-leash dog park here called Canine Meadows. It has three enclosed areas for small and large dogs.

Triangle Dog Park

Frick Park Off Leash Exercise Area

Dogs are welcome off-leash at this lovely Squirrel Hill park, but be careful as one side of the area is unfenced.

Pottstown Bark Park

The Bark Park is a members-only dog park located in Memorial Park. It is a fenced in area where your canine friends can play leash free. All members must have current rabies vaccinations and dog licenses. An application must be completed, which includes veterinarian certification to ensure your dog has current vaccinations. An annual $15.00 fee is due for access to the Bark Park.

Happy Tails Dog Park

Happy Tails Dog Park is located within Kohl Memorial Park in Lower Paxton Township. The dog park is built on almost two acres and features two separate pet areas for larger and smaller dogs. The park is surrounded by 5-ft. fencing with double-gate entrances for the safety of your dogs. It's a great spot for dog owners to meet and allow their pets to play and socialize with other dogs. Park rules are posted and must be adhered to at all times.

Mario Lanza Dog Park

Bring your pet to run and play off-leash at this fenced dog park, which includes water fountains, benches, trees, tables, and lights for night use.

Sewickley Heights Borough Park Off Leash Area

Your pet will love the chance to join you off-leash in the designated areas of this lovely public park. Be careful as the area is not fully fenced.

Connell Dog Park

Connell Dog Park is a fenced grassy area with trees. There is also a separate section for small dogs.

Doggie Dugout

Overlook Dog Park

West Manheim Park

West Manheim Park welcomes dogs that are at least 4 months of age. The park has different designated areas for small/large dogs and requires that all dogs be leashed when not in the fenced in areas.

Nazareth Borough Dog Park

Pets will love the off-leash exercise at this fenced dog park, which includes a separate area for smaller pets, shade, and benches. Be sure to bring water.

Reynold's Dog Park at Schuylkill Canal Park

This lovely dog park is a great place to bring your pet to play off-leash. The large, clean, grassy area is fully fenced with a separate section for small dogs.

Pretzel Dog Run at Manayunk Park

Pets love the chance to play off-leash at this fenced dog park, though be sure to bring water and bowls.

Penn Hills Dog Park

This grassy off-leash dog park features a large run. Water is not available on site. So make sure you bring some to keep Fido cool as he plays! Meanwhile, you can sit on a bench and chat with other pet parents.

Lower Allen Township Community Park

This popular, well-loved dog park includes separate areas for large and small dogs.

Seger Dog Park

Pets will love to play off-leash at this well-kept neighborhood dog park, which is fully fenced. Yearly membership fee requested.

Shippensburg Township Dog Park

Shippensburg Township Dog Park has two sides -- one for dogs 35 lbs and under and another for dogs over 35 lbs. There is a water foundation, benches, double gated entry, and fence all the way around the perimeter.

Columbus Square Dog Park

Let your dog get some off-leash time at this small, fenced dog park, which includes pea gravel ground cover and stumps for dogs to play on.

Haverford Reserve Dog Park

A dog park is planned to begin construction here in early 2010. The park will be fenced, a great place for your pet to get some off-leash exercise.

Pastorius Park

This dog-friendly public park is a great space to relax on a warm day, or meet other dog-lovers. Pets must be leashed at all times.

Falls Township Park

Falls Township Park is a well-maintained park with a lot of pet traffic. There are two fenced dog runs in Falls Township Park. One run is for small breeds while the other is for large breeds. The dog park is part of a larger park with a large lake surrounded by a blacktop walking path. There is a second walking path on the south side of the park that goes through a wooded area. Both paths are great for walking dogs. Picnic pavilions are also available

Roonie's Canine Corner at Robert Lambert Park

Roonie's Canine Corner at Robert Lambert Park is a fenced park that requires dogs to be licensed and current on vaccinations.

Peters Lake Park

Pets are welcome on-leash at this lovely public park. Enjoy a walk along the trail circling beautiful Peters Lake.

Godfrey's - Welcome to Dogdom

Godfrey's - Welcome to Dogdom is located on a 4-acre ""campus"" which includes a 7-room retail shop, a Canine Learning Center, and 2 dog parks -- one for dogs 30lbs. and under and for dogs over 30lbs. The large area is one acre. Both having running water from April 1 to November 1, wading pools in summer, toys, and a covered area. They are double-gated. Membership required. To request a packet, email [email protected] The park requires proof of rabies, bordettla and DHLPP as well as a negative fecal exam within the last year. They also want dogs to be on a heartworm preventative and flea and tick ocontrol of some kind. Titer tests are also acceptable for vaccinations and heartworm.

Blair County Dog Park

12.5 Acre Canine Recreation and Sports Complex. 4 Acres fenced in for off-lead play. Small section for dogs under 30 lbs. Walking path around perimeter of park (non fenced). In the planning stages: Educational classes; events; retail pet store. Yappy Hours every quarter.

Rose Tree Park

Dogs are welcome to romp and play while on-leash at this Media park that is open daily from 8am to dusk. However, please note that it is not a "dog park," and pets should be leashed.

White Oak Park

This fenced dog park in White Oak Park has water, pickup bags and benches. It is about 2 acres in size. The dog park can be accessed from Route 48. Take the White Oak Park entrance. Dogs are allowed on leash in most of the rest of this 810 acre park.

Twin Lakes Park

Bring your pet to play on-leash at this lovely Greensburg park with gorgeous lakes and loads of amenities.

Mingo Creek Park

Bring your pet for some off-leash exercise at this New Eagle park. The park is used for hunting, so both dogs and owners should wear safe colors. Park not fenced.

Fairview Dog Park

Tudek Dog Park

Polk Valley Dog Park

Located adjacent to Polk Valley Park, this 1+ acre Dog Park features separate areas for small and large dogs and seating for dog owners. The Dog Park is open year round from dawn to dusk and each person may bring up to two dogs into the park at a time. All dogs must be spayed or neutered. Dog owners are liable for any injury or damage caused by their animals. Please use designated parking areas in Polk Valley Park, parking on grass or along park roads is prohibited.

Everhart Park

White Oak Dog Park

Cross Creek County Park

This 3,500 acre park is located off Route 50 near Rea and includes a 258-acre fishing lake. Leashed pets are welcome and hunting is allowed.

Danielle Ruiz-Murphy Center for Animal Welfare and Dog Park

The HSBC's third facility in Berks County, the Danielle Ruiz-Murphy Center for Animal Welfare is a combined free community dog park and multi-acre equine rescue center. There is a trail located around one of the horse pastures for dogs to explore on leash as well as a gated off-leash dog park. One side of the dog park is for small or shy dogs and the other is for large or active dogs. The Ruiz-Murphy Dog Park is open seven days a week during daylight hours and is free to the public.

Point State Park

Dogs are allowed on leashes and you must pick up after your pet, but this is a beautiful park located at the confluence of the three rivers, with plenty to watch: boats, trains, people etc. You can sit by the fountain (when it's on), walk around the paved perimeter or romp in the grass.

$5 Park pool pass: This gets time in a 1 acre park area that has a 15' x 30' swimming pool with stairs at both ends for easy in and outs. The campers that like to swim do so, and the ones that don't wait for a chance to chase the wet ones around after they cool off. North Park Dog Park

Morrisville Dog Park

Penn Township Municipal Dog Park

Separate fenced areas for large and small breeds, walking track, water fountains for dogs and humans, waste bags and trash cans. This park is not located in Murrysville, but it would not accept Harrison City as a city and would not process the request without a city. Its between Murrysville, Irwin, Hempfield, and Greensburg.

Pop's Playground Dog Park

Conneaut Lake Bark Park

Conneaut Lake Bark Park includes three separate off-leash areas, a fenced instruction area, 35+ additional acres for off-leash optional use, vending machines and cold water, two large ponds, picnic area, and a 1/4 mile walking trail.

West Mill Creek Park

A beautiful small shady park with a "fitness trail" that welcomes dogs on and off-leash. There is a creek running along one side where dogs and people swim and play. Friendly people and dogs can be found daily, especially around 5-6pm. It is not securely fenced off from the road.

Murrysville Community Park

The park is open from sunrise to sunset. There is a fenced off leash area which has shade, water, and pickup bags.

Hatfield Dog Park

Townsend Park

Awesome Dawgs Dog Park

Our dog park is a spacious well manicured and maintained facility that includes a double gated entry, a hiking trail, a 35' steel foot bridge, a maintenance free heavy use area and a permanent steel covered area for shade and relaxation. There is a grooming area with water supply in the gated area. Several waste bag dispensers and disposal areas are located throughout the park. All dogs that enter the park are evaluated and color coded to allow the staff to match play style when forming play packs. All dogs must be appropriately vaccinated to enter. Our park was designed, built and is monitored by certified dog trainers to help ensure your pup has a good time when visiting the Awesome Dawgs Dog Park.

Middle Smithfield Township Dog Park

Opened in June, 2015, the Middle Smithfield Township Dog Park is conveniently located right off of Route 209, with a large sign visible from the road. This beautiful, large park has a separate small dog section, graveled walking path around the outside of the off-leash areas, shade trees, seating and 6' tall fences. A water spigot is located in the parking lot to provide water for the dogs.

Palmer Doggie Depot

Palmer Doggie Depot (PDD) is a dog park located south of the Parks Department’s Shissler Recreation Center, at the intersection of Palmer and Blair Streets. The park is a free neighborhood amenity for all dogs and their owners. Behind the scenes is a dedicated band of volunteers, comprised of Fishtown and East Kensington residents, working together in the interest of making PDD an even better place. Our group is currently applying for non-profit status, which will allow for us to pursue non-profit funding from corporate sponsors who share our vision for a clean, green, community space where dogs can meet and play! All dog park users must observe city laws and ordinances, including: dogs must be licensed and vaccinated; dog waste must be disposed of properly; and/or dogs outside of park must remain on leashes at all times.

Goddard Park

Curtis Park Dog Park

Lucky Paws Dog Park and Pool

Dog Town Indoor Dog Park

This doggie daycare and boarding center includes a massive indoor dog park with artificial turf and separate playtimes for large and small pets.

Carlisle Area Dog Park

This 4-acre park features three fenced-in areas -- one for big dogs, one for small (up to 30 lbs) dogs, and a third for special purposes and to link the big dog area to the main entry way. All dogs must be registered and vaccinated and owners must agree to the park rules. Guest passes are available for visitors to the area. Access is via an electronic key fob (or a keypad for visitor passes.) Membership fee of $50 per year helps pay for the upkeep and continuing expansion of the park. Bear Hollow Park

Your pet is welcome to play on-leash at this public park, as long as they are kept away from playgrounds and are leashed by sports fields and parking lots. Park not fenced.

Connie Winters' Pet Resort Dog Adventure Park

Connie Winters' Pet Resort Dog Adventure Park is Indiana's newest dog park. It is truly a adventure for you and your dog! There are agility obstacles, tunnels, mountains, sandboxes and lots of running room for playing ball and Frisbee. Off leashed yards are securely fenced and double gated. Large shade trees, benches and chairs for restful times. Water and restrooms available during normal business hours. Separate small and large dog yards and a fenced on- leash area for dogs that do not play well with others. Temperament test and prove of all required vaccinations required before entering park. Kovalczik Park

Your pet is welcome to play on-leash at this public park. Park not fenced.

Allen Township Dog Park

A good sized dog park with separate sections for dogs based on size. There are rules posted at the site and on their website. Bring your own water until phase 2 begins (water fountains will be built inside each section).

Biglerville Dog Park

Biglerville Dog Park is a fully-fenced, off-leash dog park located at Oakside Park. There are separate areas for small and large dogs. Trees, benches, and agility equipment will continue to be added.

Carnegie Dog Park

This is a nice little dog park. There is a section for all size dogs and one for smaller dogs or shy dogs. In the winter months you will want to bring your own water because they shut off the fountain and pump that is in the all size dog section.

Roxborough Dog Park
