Ruff Range will be open sunrise to sunset, every day except Thursdays when the facility will be closed for maintenance. Ruff Range is the result of a collaborative partnership involving the Frisco’s Park & Recreation Department, Parks & Recreation Board, the Frisco Community Development Corporation (FCDC) and the Frisco Dog Park, Inc., a local organization.
