While you don't need to have an off-leash permit to let your dog run free here, there are no trash cans, bags or water sources (save the swamp) for the dogs. What your dog poops in, you bring out. Be warned: Since no one is enforcing the stricter regulations of city dog parks, you bring your dog at your own risk.
