W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park, previously Middle Smithfield Township Dog Park, is conveniently located right off of Route 209 in East Stroudsburg, PA. This beautiful, large park has separate sections for large and small dogs, a gravel walking path around the outside of the off-leash areas, shade trees, seating and 6' tall fences.
