Pet Friendly Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation in Brunswick, GA
Dogs on leashes under six feet are welcome at Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation. This former rice plantation is home to nature trails and a section of Georgia's Colonial Coast Birding Trail where you can spot over 300 different species of bird. Fido is welcome to join you on both of these, but isn't permitted inside any of the historic buildings at the state park. The entrance fee for adults is $8. You can gain access to the park Wednesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm.

The Woodbine Riverwalk (part of the Coastal Georgia Greenway) is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Woodbine!
