March brings six hotels that are opening their doors to furry guests for the first time. From the lakes of Idaho to the mountains of Arkansas, Fido can rest his paws at these newly pet-friendly accommodations across America this month.

One Lakeside
Waterfront beauty and contemporary comfort are waiting for pups at One Lakeside. Located on the placid shores of Coeur d’Alene Lake, this vacation destination provides pups with tasty treats and bowls, as well as a terrace dog run on the 4th floor. Apartment-style suites feature hardwood floors, sleeper sofa living areas, full kitchens, washer/dryer units and private balconies. Guests can utilize complimentary WiFi, grab a beverage at the on-site coffee shop and take a soothing soak in the rooftop hot tub.
Fido can play off leash and test the agility equipment at nearby McEuen Park Dog Park.
One Lakeside welcomes two dogs up to 90 lbs for an additional fee of $75 per stay.
Graduate Roosevelt Island
Four-legged coeds will receive a lesson in luxury at Graduate Roosevelt Island. This Cornell Tech campus-based hotel offers stylish rooms equipped with hardwood floors, sitting chairs, mini refrigerators and floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking skyline views. Guests can work out in the 24/7 fitness center, enjoy a drink in the rooftop lounge and dine on an all-day menu in the lobby restaurant.
Pups are welcome in the tap room at Big Alice Brewing, located a short drive away in the heart of Queens.

Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff
Only 90 miles from Grand Canyon National Park, the pet-friendly Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff prides itself on being the premier basecamp for adventure in Northern Arizona. Furry family members are greeted with goodie bags upon arrival. Spacious rooms are outfitted with hardwood laminate floors, mini refrigerators and microwaves, high-speed internet, and private patios or balconies. Excellent property amenities include an on-site sports bar/restaurant, seasonal swimming pool, 24-hour dry sauna and a fitness center.
Located across the street from the hotel, The Northern Pines Restaurant serves classic American eats on its dog-friendly patio.
Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff welcomes two pets up to 40 lbs for an additional fee of $35 per stay, plus a $250 refundable deposit.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Pecos
Canine road trippers traveling through west Texas will find comfy accommodations at Home2 Suites by Hilton Pecos. Modern suites include living areas with sofa beds, kitchens with full-sized refrigerators and dishwashers, free WiFi and bathrooms with walk-in showers. Guests can feast on a complimentary daily breakfast, exercise in a state-of-the-art gym, swim laps in the outdoor saltwater pool and relax on the fire-pit patio.
The nearby Maxey Bark Park provides a fully fenced dog run complete with waste stations and agility equipment.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Pecos accepts two pets up to 40 lbs for an additional fee of $50 (for stays of 1 to 4 nights) and $125 (for longer stays).

Step back in time for a stay at Dame Fortune’s Cottage Court, a recently renovated vintage roadside motor lodge happy to open its doors to canine travelers. Boutique rooms are furnished with hardwood floors, retro sitting chairs, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and parking.
Slip on Fido’s hiking boots and explore the nearby Hot Springs Mountain Trail and Cedar Glades Park.
