Burundian drummers are worldly known for their spectacular performances and unique chance to participate in the dances is offered at the Gishora Drum Sanctuary. Also lying in the Burundian legendary hills is the amazing secrets of the ancient kingdoms; Kiganda, a small town in Muramvya Commune which is home to historical and colonial grounds. Inaugurations of all the ancient kings were done on these grounds. Touring these sites is an incredible chance for one to enjoy the Burundian history and cultural heritage from its roots.

She has always had a keen interest in animals (in particular dogs) and pursued her interest by studying for a certificate in animal behavior and training through COAPE, a UK based company. Lindsey has experience with both large and small dogs with her own trio of two Boerboels and a Jack Russell who are all rescue dogs. Lindsey is a fit and responsible person and is able to provide references on request.

Mbwa wa Africa is a Non Profit Organisation aimed at improving the situation of dogs in Tanzania, focusing on the Arumeru Region. Mbwa wa Africa aims to rehabilitate stray dogs, increase the health conditions of dogs in the area and as such also improve the local health situation. Our first priority is to find loving and forever homes for the rescued dogs. Secondly, to inform about our work, increase awareness of the situation of the stray dogs and reach out to people, who are willing to offer help of any kind.
