This dog friendly event will be held from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on October 13, 2018 at Oregon Humane Society, Manners Hall in Portland, OR. Admission is $15 per person online in advance, which includes one free drink ticket, or $20 for day-of tickets.

Description
Chihuahuas and other small-breed dogs are invited to join us for this tropical-themed event. Featuring: an indoor play area for dogs to socialize off-leash, pet-related vendors to meet, tropical cocktails, food, a photo booth and fun activities for people and their pups.
Contests start at 1:30 pm and include doggie limbo, best costume and island hop. All small breeds of dogs and all humans (5 years and up) are welcome to attend.
