New York Pets and Their People Can Walk for NYC’s Homeless Pets this September
Best Friends Animal Society’s Strut Your Mutt dog walk & festival will raise money for 25+ New York Tri-State animal rescue groups.
On Sunday, September 25, New York dogs and their owners can participate in a 1.8 mile scenic walk along the Hudson River to help raise money for homeless pets. Afterwards, attendees can enjoy a post-walk festival at the Hudson River Park’s Pier 84 (W. 43rd Street & 12th Avenue) that will feature unique canine activities including doggie yoga and massage, pawdicures, pet contests, pet boutiques and free vet and training consultations.
