Soft Carrier Recommendations
I'm looking for a carrier that fits within the specific pet carrier size requirements for Jet Blue (not exceed 17"l x 12.5"w x 8"h), we are going from Austin to Long Beach. The Jet Blue carrier sold on their website is too small for her, my pup is almost 9lbs and needs a bit of room. Does anyone recommend a soft carrier to use that comes close to these requirements? Has anyone had issues with a carrier that was a bit larger than the required amount on a Jet Blue flight??

Check out Sherpa's carriers.
Sherpa is the original, airline approved soft sided carrier and they have expanded their product offering to include a wide selection of styles an sizes. Their carriers will compress up to 2 inches on the top and side. Jet Blue generally states that they accept the small or medium carrier.
