Returning to US from Europe

Hiya!
For those trans-continental travellers!
I'm returning to the US after a year in Europe (with dogs) and was wondering what paperwork you needed to get done before bringing animals back in. The site seems to address only animals that are imported, rather than companion animals who have USDA papers already.
