Relocating to the mainland

I am moving back to the USA mainland from Hawaii with my 2 labs. What do I need to have in place for the airlines? I know that I will need a Health Certificate for each and approved travel crates. Is there anything else I should know? Can I do this easily on my own or would I be better off paying for a pet relocations service? Are there any helpful websites that anyone can recommend?
