Incorrect information

Flagler Beach is NOT free. Dogs must be licensed with the city and anyone who does not have that license will be fined. The law reads only dogs on a leash less than 8 feet, a visible dog waste disposal a license must be visible. Fines are being increased as we speak to $500.00 per violation
