Suggestions/Feedback Dog Travel Forum

appreciate if someone can suggest a good address in Cambodia for me to vacinate, microchip and provide general healthcare for my dog? and if i can get a passport for the dog. i need to arrange all these in order tobe able to bring my dog with me when i leave Cambodia. anything would help.
