Paperwork

Hi Everyone,

I am flying to Canada from Cyprus (Europe) in November for 6 months via Amsterdam with my Jack Russell as baggage. Flights are all booked and I have seen on the government website that there is just the normal health certificate and rabies injection certificate needed to enter the country. Are there really no forms I have to fill in?

This is the first time I have flown with her and I am a little nervous and probably over prepared but if anyone has any advice please let me know. :) We are flying KLM and Transavia airlines. I have a IATA crate, but i have seen so many different things like cable ties to lock the door and extra screws and bolts im wonderding what i actually need.

Thanks for you help.
