A good place to buy raw dog food by Bellingham WA

I am looking for a place to buy raw dog food for my 2 year old German Shepherd, I live in Canada and have a place in Birch Bay and we are not allowed to take raw dog food of any kind across the border. I would appreciate ideas of where to buy raw dog food close to the Bay.
