    This cottage in a wooded setting has picturesque old world charm that is reminiscent of an Italian Alpine cottage. A hot tub on the stone patio, cradled by massive rock walls, rests under a vine-draped pergola. The sunken garden has blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and fresh herbs to use in the gourmet kitchen, and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. From the deck, you can enjoy close mountain views as you dine or sit around a blazing fire in the chiminea. Golfing, rafting and horseback riding are among the local attractions, as well as the Grove Park Inn and the famed Biltmore Estate. Hiking, mountain biking and scenic drives await you along the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. Yet the fantastic restaurants and night life of Asheville are only a few minutes away.
