The lobby and entrance looked top notch. The room on the other hand, although close to an exit, had an iron burn on the carpet and the drapes/curtains looked as if they were in a fire. We made a quick escape. Us and the dog were itchy after we left.

Second stay: Staff still friendly and helpful but the hotel is old and shows it. My room had newer carpet but it was still a dusty place. signs on exit doors encouraged people to clean up after their dogs but no outdoor garbage cans to deposit the poop. Requested ground floor but got second floor close to stairs and exit. The receptionist explained that it was better maintained. Previous stay: Room treated with strong smelling cleaning material. Wore a mask to sleep and could still smell it. Quiet, older building.

Friendly staff and clean. Our room keys wouldn't operate the entrance doors, which meant a long walk through the front lobby every time. The tv wouldn't show all the channels listed on on the hotel guide. We missed the women's World Cup games that night.

Not clean. Used lotion left in bathroom as if it were an amenity. Hair in the shower, walls paper thin, smelly hallways, and the worst was that the room was HOT like the heat was running, but there’s no control for it. I get that it’s cold outside, but not everyone can sleep when it’s 85 degrees in the room. Sometimes I feel like these hotels that offer “pet friendly” accommodations give you the worst rooms because they assume you’ll leave a mess. It’s kind of insulting really. Cannot recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to with this place. It’s a tired hotel for sure. When I checked in I was told that the side door wasn’t working. There is a small semi-grassy area for pet relief, but a noisy baseball field right next to it. My dog is a rescue and gets super nervous, so that wasn’t ideal. The room is in need of an upgrade but when I went into the bathroom the toilet hadn’t been flushed (or cleaned obviously). I ended up taking hand sanitizer and a washcloth to everything. The shower drain wasn’t working so the water pooled at the bottom and took at least 30 min to drain after shower was turned off. I wouldn’t pay more than $80/night for this place if I had seen it before I made the reservation. It is conveniently right off I-90 and the pillows are nice. Those are the only redeeming factors. I would find something else, unless you’re in a real pinch.

Clean bathrooms and sheets, a regularly vacuumed rug, extra pillows. And hot breakfast buffet. I bit the bullet on cost a little, but it was worth it. This is an older high-end motel that is trying to have a new life.

I booked online, and when I arrived at the hotel the guy at the front desk said they are asking people not to book online and seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. He said there were no more vacancies, but when I told him I had booked and already paid he said he did have 2 king rooms but said they might be dirty. He went and checked, and fortunately one was clean and I was able to stay. Price was high for the quality of the hotel and my experience. The room was fine, but the hallways smelled awful. I got down for breakfast before 7am, and they had already run out of eggs and meat.

The room was pretty good, not in the best condition, bits of damaged grout in the bathroom floor tile, dent in the wall, but that's fine. The price was decent, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite good, including scrambled eggs and bacon.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was an older hotel. There really wasn’t a good, grassy area to walk the dog unless you crossed the road - not optimal.

This Quality Inn has definitely seen better days from the exterior of the building. However, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the room, the comfort of bed, and the friendly staff. The bar was a nice added bonus to grab a drink at the end of the day and the breakfast included decent hot food and fresh fruit. I give this hotel three and a half bones because of the tiny bathroom and dated decor. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty. Grassy area was disgusting, small, dead grass. I found the The city of Butte in general to not be very dog friendly.

The room was not ready until 11pm. Broken coffee maker in room. No smoke alarm in room. Very bad breakfast. Horrible customer service.

Warped door frames with cheap plywood doors that don't fit in them; water stains on the old ceiling tiles; grubby hallways; no hot breakfast despite being told there was one; my dog found the bedroom floor VERY interesting to sniff--unlike anywhere else we've stayed. Go somewhere else if you can!

Do not stay here dirty and in a bad part of town not clean beds were awful could feel the springs tube was old and not nice

Convenient to highway, lots of space for dog relief. Room very basic but comfortable bed. Location sketchy, hotel itself needs update. Very friendly staff. I'd stay again in a pinch.
