Hotel was ok. Restaurant service only for breakfast and dinner, but the food was good. Room AC and TV weren’t working properly. Not great, but not terrible. Location is convenient to UVA and Monticello.

Our room was clean. Elevators large and efficient. Some noise, as we were very near elevators, ice, and vending. Noise was not enough to be disruptive. Recommended. We will stay again!

Nice clean hotel right off the interstate 64. There is a really good pizza place within walking distance. Dinner is also available via purchase at the hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Good size room and bathroom, both very clean. Our dog was treated well. Added bonus after a long day of travel was the on-site restaurant and bar.

Nice hotel with a pool and a grassy area to walk dogs. Location is a five minute drive from Main Street and the UVA campus. The hotel lobby is classy with a bar and restaurant. Breakfast is available for a charge. We didn't partake because there are so many great breakfast places in C'ville! Mini fridge in the room was perfect for storing canned dog food. The room was nice except that the barn door on the bathroom didn't shut. We dealt with it, but I assume it works in the other rooms. One negative: you're not allowed to leave pets in the room by themselves. I understand why, but if that's a problem for you you might want to find another place to stay.

Nice room, well kept, with gracious staff. There's a boatload of dining and retail options at the mall just down the road, and convenient next to I-64. There are small patches for dog relief but a modest greenway trail just past the neighboring Starbucks. Next time I'll request a dog room closer to ground level, and maybe test out the in-hotel restaurant and bar.

What a great choice. Most of my other options had much higher pet fees. The staff at the Holiday Inn were great… they truly welcome animals. The dog with me was a small pit bull, and I worried there would be a breed restriction but they embraced her. Everyone in the hotel was lovely to us, and our room was nice.
Someone posted that the spot designated for dogs to relieve themselves was a drainage ditch. No, it wasn’t. Not sure what they expected. It was a grassy area off the parking lot and it wasn’t just by the road or anything. It was perfectly fine. I recommend it. - RobertApr 6, 2022Drainage ditch for potty
Drainage ditch for dogs potty area and we got put in the furthest 3rd floor room from the elevator. Glad the dogs weren't sick. No breakfast at hotel.

This hotel was clean, great location for our trip, and the staff were very friendly & helpful! It was very convenient to many restaurants & shopping. The only reason we did not give it a 5 bones rating was the heat/AC unit was very loud.

Clean, well decorated, super friendly staff, excellent location. A good value for the money! It’s also fun to see so many dogs around. I did get a much better rate here on BringFido than when I had to add an extra day through Holiday Inn itself.

First of all, check in was the fastest ever! Rooms were modern & very clean. Staff friendly. Pool area was spacious. Pool was larger than typical roadside hotel. No bkfst but u can order items the night before that are ready in morn. K cup in room as well as microwave. We were in dog wing. Heard a bark or two while in hallway but not when in rooms. Negatives: took a bit for me to figure out TV. Halfway between grand strand of SC and NYC taking the 81 route. Will stay again. Thank you.
