Pet Friendly Campgrounds in California

Coachella Lakes RV Resort is pet friendly! A maximum of three dogs of any size are welcome for no additional fee. Pets must remain leashed on property grounds and may not be left unattended. There is an on-site fenced dog park.

Hobbit Hut allows pets of any size for no additional fee. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties.

Pio Pico RV Resort & Campground allows dogs of any size in designated rooms for no additional fee. Sorry, no cats.

Burlington Campground is pet friendly! Dogs of any size are welcome for no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be leashed on property grounds. Trails are not pet friendly.

AutoCamp Yosemite welcomes two dogs up to 80 lbs for an additional fee of $75 per stay. Dogs are permitted in all non-walk-in campgrounds and group campsites. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be leashed at all times when outside. Dogs are allowed on the Wawona Meadow Loop, but all other trails are off-limits.

Shoshone RV Park allows two pets of any size for no additional fee. Both dogs and cats are welcome.

Vines RV Resort allows two pets of any size for no additional fee. Both dogs and cats are welcome.

Olancha RV Park and Motel welcomes 2 pets of any size for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night. Both dogs and cats are allowed.

Sky Valley RV Resort welcomes leashed dogs of any size for no additional fee. There are two dog parks nearby and plenty of walking trails.

Flying Flags Avila Beach welcomes a maximum of two pets up to 50 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Pets may not be left unattended and must be leashed on property grounds.

28 Palms Ranch allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per stay. Sorry, no cats. Please note that trails inside Joshua Tree National Park are not pet friendly, but there are numerous trails outside the park welcoming Fido.

Dogs are allowed at San Onofre State Beach Campground, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. Dogs are allowed on two of the hiking trails and in the campsite, but they are not allowed on the beach. There are no pet fees. For more information on pet restrictions, please call (949) 361-2531.

Russian River RV Campground welcomes pets of any size for no additional fee.

The Villas at Emerald Desert RV Resort allows 2 dogs of any size for an additional fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Four-legged guests will enjoy complimentary treats and waste bags. Temporary pet pens are allowed on the concrete patio of the RV lot. Excessive barking is not allowed, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Multiple off-leash areas are available on the property. Sorry, no cats or exotic pets.

The Camp at Carmel Valley welcomes three dogs of any size for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside.

Snowflower Camping Resort Cabin 4 allows dogs of any size for no additional fee. Pets must be leashed on property grounds and may not be left unattended at any time.

Snowflower Camping Resort Cottage 7 allows dogs of any size for no additional fee. Pets must be leashed on property grounds and may not be left unattended at any time.

Stagecoach Trails RV Resort allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $6 per pet, per stay. Both dogs and cats are welcome, but exotic pets are not allowed. Please note that pets cannot be left in the room unattended.

Sunsets and City Lights 3BD 2Bath is pet friendly! Dogs of any size are allowed for no additional fee. Cats may also be allowed by request.

Dogs are allowed at Pechanga RV Resort, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle. Three pets allowed per site (up to 150lbs total combined weight). Guests take full responsibility for their pets? safety and actions. Vicious or barking dogs will not be allowed and will not be allowed to stay at the Resort. There is a $5/week pet fee for each pet.
