This photo was taken in Charleston, SC. Trixie is part of the brand new adoption program by the Charleston Animal Society. As a foster, I have lived with Trixie for almost two weeks now, and know that she is smart, gets along with other dogs, small children and LOVES the dog parks. I am tasked with finding her a home, as part of the new Fosters to Adopt. Charleston is one of a handful of model cities in the USA who has agreed to participate in this national ASPCA initiative.
