No service at all
We got to Hyman's mid-afternoon to avoid lunch crowd. I was not at all politely informed that they are not dog friendly and do not serve at their outside tables. We had to place to-go order at bar and wait to eat out of styrofoam at the sidewalk table. No service at all, unfriendly bartender and hostesses. Food was ok, must've sat for awhile because it wasn't hot. This place should NOT be listed as dog friendly.

Dog Friendly? Not Really...
Was really looking forward to a great seafood meal in downtown, historic Charleston. I checked and it appeared that Hymans, one of Charlestons best was dog friendly. Had a horrible time finding a place to park and when we finally did the parking meter ($2 per hour, limit 2) was not able to read a credit card. Had to walk to a CVS for change. Anyway when we finally walked to Hymans 7 blocks away, we were told we would need to sit outside amongst the waiting crowd of patrons, order at the bar and treat this visit as a take out. I would not bring my dog or any other dog here again.
