Pets in the Cabin
JSX welcomes cats and small dogs in-cabin for free, as long as they are inside a secure carrier. Larger dogs under 79 lbs (36 kg) are also welcome inside the cabin, as long as they are leashed and customers purchase a window seat in addition to an aisle seat to allow room for the dog. Dogs are not allowed on the seat itself, but are permitted to lie down in front of the window seat for the duration of the flight. The price for this service is the price of the second seat.
Pets in Checked Baggage
Dogs are not permitted as checked baggage with JSX.
Carrier Guidelines
For small dogs, pet carriers must be 13" x 11" x 17" (33 cm x 28 cm x 43 cm), leak-proof and well-ventilated. Pet carriers are prohibited from being placed in the bulkhead, emergency exit rows and the aisle, or on a seat.
Other Restrictions
A maximum of five pets total may travel in cabin on any one flight.
