Wouldn't Recommend!

While the staff does seem very dog friendly the room was not clean, the furniture was worn and the towels were stained. To make matters worse, I had to kill two roaches in the room and there was mold on the side of the couch. There were no complimentary toiletries which sort of seems like a minimum to expect. Had I not just traveled 950 miles to get there and been so exhausted I honestly would have just left and looked for another place. I mentioned it to housekeeping the next morning as well as the front desk and they were apologetic. I called BringFido as I was told to do for them to contact the manager and the manager's response I received by email was really the bare minimum. All in all, I will definitely not be staying here again.

Dog Friendly 🐕

Quaint hotel with a motor court. Pet friendly and they have a large dog walk area. Had a very nice exchange with Lao at the front desk who was very gracious and friendly and checked us in early when we arrived. It's a good value for the money. My only note is I realize it's an older hotel and I would recommend it, but just to note when the people in the next room took a shower at 11 at night you could hear the pipes creaking through the wall and the blankets on the bed had seen better days.

Do not stay here!!

I called ahead to make sure it was a pet friendly hotel and was told it was. Checked in paid the extra pet fee all with no issue. I travel alone with my dog who is not only a companion but is a service dog who helps remind when I need medication. When I went to check out in the morning Steven was rude and inhospitable. As soon as I walked into the lobby he asked me to leave. I explained I was just checking out and was alone with the dog. He didn't care and told me to leave. I told him I checked in the night before with the dog in the lobby he didn't care.

I mentioned he was a service dog and even though I don't have to I tried to tell him his function and he shut me down before I could even say I had documentation. I asked for the manager he refused to even say who it was let alone get them. He also threatened to call the police if I didn't leave despite the fact I was just checking out of a room I paid for and paid extra for a pet. Long story short after more rudeness I was able to check out because I asked a stranger outside to watch my dog, who was very upset about that. Putting all that aside the rooms are not terrible, but there was a used bar of soap in the shower and a lot of noise outside the door from other guests.
