5 star for pets, 3 star for humans.

For my dogs, I appreciate that the property has a nice, designated area with grass (my dogs love to go potty in grass-not dirt or rocks) and a receptacle with poop bags and a trash can. It is also well-lit at night and for the most part was mostly clean.

For the humans, we were on the first floor. Convenient to visit the pet area, unfortunately that well-lit pet area made our room a well-lit area. So much so that our dogs were ready to go outside at 5AM because it’s daylight, why not? Second, the walls are paper thin. We heard the neighbor’s barking dog, the dog’s jingling collar, and the human’s conversations when they finally returned to their barking dog. You can hear the people walking like elephants above you and if your upstairs neighbor turns on their water, it sounds as if the pipes will come crashing through the wall...
