Great location
Holiday Inn Express Springfield an IHG HotelEasy off/on hwy. Couldn't hear the hwy noise but our room (on ground floor as I had requested) was across from the laundry room. Around 3:30 am was woken by the noise of the dryer and a very loud tv. Went on for a couple hours. When I checked out, they asked me about our stay. After telling them about the noise, they were very concerned and offered their apologies.

great location
Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74Easy off of hwy. No dog containers or specific place to potty but there where ample areas. very quiet but they were not that busy. When I went to check out, I requested a receipt for the pet fee. The guy couldn't figure how to print me a receipt and after some time communicating with another person on his cell phone, he charged my cc another $20.00 and then did a credit just to be able to print me a receipt that didn't mean anything. I said I wanted a receipt of the original $20 that was charged to my cc the evening before. Finally after wasting a lot of time, they figured how to get me a true receipt. Never during this time, did he offer any apologizes for the inconvenience. Hotel was ok (needs a little TLC).
