Great stay
Home2 Suites by Hilton Lake CityThe hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. It gets a 4 rather than a 5 because we were on the 2nd floor which made toileting the dogs difficult since they are averse to elevators. Additionally, the $50/pet charge is higher than in most places.

Nice enough
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lake CityThe hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The room are only okay and there are no first-floor rooms, so a lot of up and down the stairs to toilet my dogs.

Quality Inn Jonesville I-77The room was moderately clean. Like most Quality Inns I have stayed at it was a little seedy and in need of repairs. There was however a nice path for walking on the back side of the hotel.

Good enough
Hilton Garden Inn Wilkes BarreThe hotel and the room were nice. However, the room smelled as if there had been a smoker staying there in the recent past.

Seedy
Sleep Inn Walterboro I-95This hotel has seen better days. It's a little seedy. Cleanliness was just okay, but the beds were relatively comfortable.

Comfortable but...
Comfort Suites Inn at Ridgewood FarmThe stay would have been at least a 4 bones but the pull-out couch smelled of urine. Not dog urine but human. I presume someone's child wet the bed. The odor, fortunately, was only noticeable if you sat on the couch, so I didn't ask for a room change.
