Ok for what we needed
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbia / Fort MeadeTraveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. Right off I-95. Most everything was fine in the room. A missing hook in the bathroom, no big deal. Nothing extra for the dog, a bit of greenspace behind the hotel to walk the dog in. Staff was nice.

Peaceful and Inspiring
Joyce Kilmer Memorial TrailThis hike was a perfect hike for our dog who is getting older. All three of us were inspired by the tall, old trees. We arrived at about 10am on a weekend, and ran into only 3 other couples/families hiking. It was very nice! Most of the big, older trees were in the upper loop!

Great Location!
Travelodge by Wyndham WythevilleRight off I-81, so very convenient, but it is located high up above on a hill so there was absolutely no interstate noise! Lots of green space to walk the dog. Everything inside was motel quality (expected) but newer and clean. My dog just put his head on my keyboard and typed +++++++++++++++++++, so I guess he's confirming it is good.

Fun, fun, fun!
Knoebels Amusement ResortWe were traveling through the area, and decided to make a shorter driving day, so we could bring our dog here. We visited the park on a Monday, late afternoon/early evening. It was a good time to go....Not very crowded at all. We rode the pioneer train, Ol'Smokey and the carousel with our dog and didn't have to wait more than 5 min for any of them. He seemed to enjoy all three. He relished the many pets from lots of different people. It was fun walking around the park, watching the big rides, and we got dinner too. They had water for dogs around the park, so we didn't have to carry water, which was nice. the locations of water bowls are listed in the fine print on the back of the park map, FYI.

Nice to dogs
Red Roof Inn Danville PAOur experience was great here. The staff (Christine) was very kind to us when we checked in and gave us a little packet of welcome treats for our dog. We had been assigned an upstairs room and Christine expressed concern about whether this was ok for our dog (which it was...no need to change). Room was comfy. AC and nearby highway was a bit noisy, but not too bad.

Great Location!
Mountain View CabinsStayed here the night before we visited Lake Louise. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable.
