Beware!

I left my dogs here over the weekend and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any kennel. The front desk receptionists Cody and Maggie are extremely incapable of taking care of dogs. Cody ( girl with short green hair) was extremely rude would not listen to any of my instructions and generally acted like she did not care about doing her job or the well being of the animals. After her rude introduction to this business Maggie dragged my mini Aussie by his neck very roughly into the back he is very friendly and only 28 pounds she could of picked him up very easily but choose to drag him instead. They refused to board my dogs together which gave my dogs extreme anxiety. My dogs can’t home itchy with fleas. My boy was so dehydrated he came home and had a seizure. They called me on vacation told me they were taking my boy to the vet for brown diarrhea 186 dollars later they determined he just was nervous being alone in a kennel for the first time in his life. I raced home from Florida and got him early and thank god I did an hour after we got home he started having a seizure. I honestly think I saved his life picking him up early the vet office we went to said he was dehydrated and had a stress induced seizure which was related to the dehydration. I will never use them again please beware ! My dogs have been traumatized all afternoon since we left. They are a money hungry business with no one there that loves animals I will never leave my dog with a corporation again I was new to the area and needed boarding right away I will never make the same mistake my dogs live was at risk with these unqualified rude people.
