Quiet Stopover

This is a refurbished Quality Inn. Very nice folks at the front desk. We had a first floor room which was very clean and had a dehumidifier which one very much appreciates in summer in the south. Set up on a hill just off 29 it is quiet and there is ample room to walk the dog. Only downside is it’s remote and no restaurants in walking distance. There is a nice local Italian place I found not more than 5 minutes away for take out.

Very nice stay

Wonderful suite rooms with full kitchen. Property is currently being renovated so there was work going on. Only downside is there is not much area for dog walking and property is near a very busy road. There is a wonderful walking path very close by but we drove to it.

Clean and quiet

Very nice one night stay. Plenty of space to walk. Short public trail located at the back of the medical center. Good restaurant right across the street. We will be back!

Disappointing at best

The folks who work here are very nice and are trying their best in housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast guest service under very poor management. There was no hand or bath soap in the room. Front desk advised she had none and advised the hotel had none and I should use shampoo to wash. The room was very clean but had a very stale odor, perhaps because it was carpeted and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time? The hallways had an overabundant sanitizer smell - a big red flag for covering other issues.

My biggest concern was the condition of the beds. The fabric on the sides of the box spring in my room were so torn my young and curious cat was able to easily crawl INTO the box spring. And did so numerous times that night meaning I got no sleep. O.M.G. And the finale was getting locked out of my room the next morning trying to load up with multiple trips. Very kind maintenance fellow was in the hall and said it happens all the time. He very kindly took my door card and had it reprogrammed so I could get the rest of my things and my cat. No, we won’t be back.

Affordable, clean, quiet

This is an older property so don’t expect huge modern rooms with boatloads of amenities. My room was very clean, bed and linens were very comfortable, and is updated with laminate flooring. It was quiet at night, and I felt safe. And much more affordable than others at this exit.
