Broken Glass and Poor Customer Service

On arrival to our room, I cut my foot on broken glass on the carpet and found lots of shards of glass in various areas of the room. We had driven cross country with both our dog and our one year old and had already unpacked the car and were getting ready for bed. When we asked to move rooms (I was very concerned about a cut paw or baby!), the front desk manager was very defensive rather than apologetic and could not put us in touch with a manager. We had to scramble to change hotels with both our dog and baby at 7pm! Homewood Suites by Hilton was great, though!!!!
