Beautiful Park, super small
Dog Park at Scissortail ParkThis could have been a standard in dog parks in metro areas. There is a TON of space at Scissortail Park and a tiny dog park. There is not enough space to even throw your dogs ball and let them reach a max speed to burn energy. If you are passing through and need a cute, clean space it does the job otherwise it’s really just a good stop for a potty break.

Couldn’t have been better!
Bally's Shreveport Casino and HotelI was initially hesitant about booking at a casino while traveling cross country with my (2) 75+ lb dogs. But I could not have chosen a better place. The check-in was easy and the service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The food at the cafe was wonderful, fast and the service was also excellent there. Accessing the doggie area was easy and well lit at night. Thank you Bally’s for making my overnight peaceful. Was the best booking I’ve done through BringFido.

Motel 6 Augusta GAI would assume the folks on this particular app are looking for a safe and comfortable place to overnight. This hotel is NOT that place. This hotel is legit a crack hotel. People clearly live there and the nighttime activities are frightening. At 2:30 am, after about 30 minutes of 2 men standing in front of my room, smoking/drinking and listening to music, I called the reception and asked for an escort off the property because I did not feel safe leaving on my own. My poor dogs were on edge the entire time we were there, 10-2:30. It was a waste of time and money. I would have been better off napping in my car at a truck stop for an hour. The receptionist was kind and helped me to my car. This is NOT a place for children or pets. I should have cancelled when I arrived but after 10+ hours of driving. I just needed a break without breaking my bank.

Clean, safe and friendly
Historic Whispering Woods Hotel & Conference CenterGood location south of Memphis. Super friendly and helpful staff. As a solo female traveler with 2 dogs, I felt safe here.
