Not so good
Sleep Inn Charleston - West AshleyWas greeted by an older couple with their dog who just checked in and had to walk all their luggage up 3 flights of stairs to find that they were given a dirty room, as in completely untouched. The elevator was broken, so my family of four, plus two dogs, had to lug all of our stuff up the stairs once we were finally checked in, only to walk in on another guest who was already occupying the room we were given! Once we got into an unoccupied room, it wasn’t too bad, except that the AC didn’t seem to want to work and even though it was cold outside, we were all sweating. The only thing that saved us there was that there was a ceiling fan. There was no designated doggy area. The hall walls were all patched up but not gully repaired. It just seemed rundown and unkept. Don’t think we’ll be going back.
