Meets Expectations
Bonediggity BarkeryWhile "Barkery" in the name implies baked goods for pups, there were only two small countertop display cases. Most of the shop is filled with leashes, clothes, toys, and Lazy Dog treats. Not bad if you're looking to replenish or replace something for your dog. Be careful, the small shop might get cramped if you have large dogs.
Was cussed out over the phone
Quality Inn & Suites GatlinburgI have a service dog but saw some people express difficulty with the hotel about having their service dogs permitted on the property. I called the hotel to clarify if I could bring a service dog, and the receptionist confirmed I could, so I made the booking. Then, after booking the hotel, I got emails saying no animals were allowed on the property. I called the hotel again, and the receptionist on the other end started yelling at me, accusing me of being a b*tch for "screaming" at him (I was perfectly calm). He refused to let me talk to a manager and told me to eff myself before hanging up on me. I will not be staying here.
